By many measures, the U.S. economy has continued to recover from the impact of COVID with the type of growth that it experienced prior to 2020. Gross Domestic Product is growing solidly, inflation is moderating, while unemployment and the labor market have been relatively stable, remaining close to their pre-pandemic levels. So, is the US economy okay? What will be the effect of 200% tariffs, millions deported, national debt and deficit increases?
